  Well, as I sat in the driver thru window, I observed the employee go to the register with my money and count out my change. The only problem here: he had on his disposable gloves. He then goes to make my sandwich with the same contaminated gloves on! Reaching into the food after having his gloves on handling the money. Oh, then he gets out his phone to take a call with the same gloves "Contaminated" gloves on. Employees MUST understand the importance of proper food handling. When he handed me my sub, I politely told him I would not
  Be eatting it and PLEASE PUT ON CLEAN gloves and start over. I was very polite and had a "mini" 61-25 manual training with the employee on proper food handling.

  Terrible store. It has no properly trained employees always short staffed and never stocked with bread. This store makes our town look bad. Need new franchise owners or to shut it down. I would be ashamed to own a name of a business knowing this is how my franchise owners operate.

  1 Employee in store on hours on end w/ no help. Service was unexceptably slow because of this. How do you except decent service when its only one employee stocking, making sandwiches, ringing up orders and dealing with drive thru as well. You expect to much out of one person to be in there at by themselves
